Get Up and Lift Up- Hack- A- Pipeline

Lift Up Careers is a relaunch program for women or non-binary individuals who want to restart their careers as well as learn new skills in technology.

This past weekend women gathered to brainstorm and build incredible and impactful technology solutions during the Liftup Careers Hack-a- Pipeline event.

Projects ranged from connecting stylist to clients in real-time to helping women in domestic abuse situations. Both days of the event was filled with innovative and uplifting energy. This was a great event for women to network, learn new skills, and gain exposure to the possibilities of technology.

The Milky Way Tech Hub celebrates the amazing leadership of Jenny Ketz and Patricia Cabrol. Their incredible efforts are helping the Milwaukee tech eco-system to look more representative of Milwaukee’s general population.
