T.J.’s Message To Women in Tech…

“You can not be what you cannot see”. As a Women in Tech, aim to dismantle the ideas and misconceptions about what it means to be a technologist, and who can and cannot be in tech. For so long, being a technologist is not often connected with being a woman.

As Women in Tech—It’s important that we share our stories to women at all stages of life. Exposing young women to tech opportunities and developing young talent helps to ensure there are more women technologists for years to come—especially those who are BIPOC.

Be audacious in your movement. Give grace to yourself. Stand beyond the status quo.
